Irrespective of their vegan personality type, one emotion that drives all vegans to make this shift is undeniably that of underlying love, be it for animals, their planet or otherwise. In tune with this, they exude positivity and vitality and thus tend to fuller, happier and healthier lives.
However, one debate that inevitably arises is that do certain inherent personality traits contribute this lifestyle shift or is it the shift that brings about these attributes in a person. Is a calmer person more likely to go vegan or does a vegan diet make a person calmer?
