A DIY Soup Mix That’ll Knock Your Socks Off!
Raw, Vegan and Instant!
This truly is a unique DIY recipe that makes for a handy condiment in all kitchens – raw, vegan or otherwise and a perfect way to ensure your seasonal favorites are at hand – just when you need them!
All you have to do is to pick your preferred fresh, in-season vegetables, cut them into small pieces, spread them on your dehydrator and you’re done! This makes for a great alternative to canned vegetables which are high in sodium and preservatives . Dehydrated veggies are a great option when it comes to add-ins while baking, as they retain their texture and firmness, as compared to frozen ones.
Purple cauliflower, kale beets, broccoli, tomatoes make for great colorful and nutritious options and a wonderful way to stay on a healthy diet all year through.
This instant mix can be added to soups, salads and sauces, added to make crackers or savory cookies or seasoned with your favorite spices to make a wholesome snack ! Not up to chopping and cutting, simply add boiling water to this mix, perhaps some coconut milk, fresh herbs and season to make an instant creamy soup, now that’s convenient or what?!

- bell peppers
- curry spice mix
- sea salt
- Simply take raw organic vegetables of your choice, cut them up into small pieces, dehydrate (we recommend this one) them completely and then store the mixture in an air tight glass jar until you are ready to use it.
- Once dehydrated and mixed together you can then add some spices before storing in an air tight glass jar.
- To rehydrate back into soup, simply pour a little of the vegetable mix into a bowl or cup and add hot water, let sit for a minute and then enjoy a tasty serving of warm vegetable soup.
