Very delicious, very creamy very vegan mango treat

Great for smoothies and ice-creams, gorgeous as toppings on a torte, ideal for juices and simple delicious just by itself! Mango Lassi is an Indian beverage made from mango pulp and yoghurt. This recipe is a vegan take on the original diary based one as it replaces yoghurt with a plant based diary alternative.
This recipe takes the mango lassi to an all new, ultra-healthy level with the use of hemp seeds. Hemp seeds are a complete protein rich in essential fatty acids, vitamin E, Iron, Sulphur, Zinc, antioxidants and so much more. Hemp seeds are also known to contain the most digestible protein as compared to meat, eggs and cow milk.

Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe:
2 Large fresh ripe organic Mangoes
½ cup of organic hemp hearts or coconut meat
1 teaspoon of chai spices (substitute for a pumpkin pie spice, or simple add a little cinnamon, clove and cardamom).
1 cup of either almond milk, coconut milk, or coconut water. You can also use pure filtered water, just add a little more hemp seeds to your mix for a little more creaminess.
