This recipe makes four quarter-cup servings with 214 calories each.

  • 1 cup walnuts (rinsed)
  • ¾ cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
