Nutritious Nutty Pate – Raw & Vegan
A no-fuss meatless pate made in a jiffy!
Here’s a vegetarian take on the traditional pate and the good news friends is that it’s not only delectable but it’s raw and vegan too!
This nutritious pate is loaded with the goodness of walnuts and fiber from celery. Raisins add a touch of sweetness and lend it a texture that mimics the original. It doubles up as a superb spread on raw breads and a great dip for crackers.
That said, this recipe serves as a general guide that can be tinkered with, to include your favorite fresh herbs or nuts. Replace raisins with cranberries or dates or just switch the walnuts with pecans and trade the dill with parsley to add your own twist.
Be guided by your preferences and let your imagination take over to blitz your very original raw vegan pate in minutes.
